Profile of the Office

Emphasis is put on friendly individual approach to each Client, high level of professional expertise, diligence, punctuality, responsibility and trust. The Office does not only aim to protect and enforce the Client's rights and authorised interests but also to provide sincere legal advice.

JUDr. Jan David, Attorney, was born in 1973. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague in 1997 and, three years later, defended his doctoral thesis on "Common Property" for which he was awarded the "JUDr." degree. He experienced a varied articling practice in the office of JUDr. Martin Kölbl, Attorney in Prague. In 2001, upon passing the Bar Exams, he was registered in the Czech Bar Association's list of Attorneys under number 9096. Since then, he has been practicing as an independent Attorney. He cooperates not only with a number of his colleagues but also with Notaries, Executors, Certified Experts. His works have been published in the Bar Bulletin; he gives regular lectures (particularly on titles to real property). In 2005, he was included in the "Who is...? (in the Czech Republic)" encyclopaedia. In 2022, he completed a three-year project of the Czech Bar Association for further education of Attorneys. He provides legal assistance also in English.
